My wife brought her Fiat in for service (issue only Fiat dealer equipped to handle) and walked out w/ recommended service list of over $3700. We then took car to our regular mechanic for 2nd opinion and he told us only two items needed attention, total cost < $450. Rairdon said car needed brakes on all four wheels. Took to our regular brake shop to get work done and was told we had > 50% left on every wheel. Dishonest and would avoid.

This seems like a spendy place because it's all branded Mopar parts but it's also well-trained technicians. With that combination, I'm surprised that I've had 2-3 issues that have had to be redone - several times. Even if Rairdon is paying for the redo and the rental car, it's inconvenient and brings up the possibility of new problems happening, which has happened to me. Customer communication has been better, has been worse, and is improving. But if I didn't have a warranty, I'd probably go to a AAA-rated garage where the work is just as good or better and its easier to communicate. Rairdon also sees the Kirkland area as a sort of little gold mine for them, so if you're buying there especially, be aware of that.
