Not been happy with the service nor the attitude of the people working there. The people doing the scheduling have no clue what is going on in the servicing and the people in servicing apparently make no effort to communicate with them. We made an appointment to have our battery replaced after getting a letter telling us to do that (It was recalled, we have a Chevy Bolt) only to get there and find out we were supposed to wait until servicing called us. How we were supposed to know this, I don't know. Then I had another issue and scheduling said they needed two hours - only when I bring it in, servicing wants it all day. - It ended up being there two days and they still couldn't fix it. Spent one day attempting software updates and then apparently realized the problem was due to water damage. I am taking the car elsewhere to get it fixed.
