Scheduled appt for express oil change. Was told when I got there it would be 3 hours because they were busy. When finally done, check sheet indicated work that was not done (ie: inspections). Took all my remaining Ford Points probably because I was vocal about taking so long. Will not go back.

This is a Ford/Hyundai operation and our vehicle is a Hyundai. They do a very good job and are very good to work with.

Far too overpriced. You have to leave your call all day, even for a simple oil change. Seems like they take on too many appointments and are misleading on time frames to complete tasks.
