Ivan is the owner of this company and an exceptional man. He has been called to our house twice when we were in dire straits with septic problems. The first time was on Christmas Eve when no one else would respond. It was the winter when it snowed continuously and Ivan worked in the freezing cold for four hours to unplug our sewer line to our septic. It was miserably cold but he was determined he would get us up and running because it was Christmas. What in incredibly compassionate man. We just called HIL again this week to serivce our septic line which had collapsed from age. His company responded the same day and got us up and running on the second day. Amazing! This company is, without exception, the best company we have ever worked with. Hats off to Ivan.
