Our condominium complex has used ATC for several years. Compared to other property management services we have used, ATC is over-the-top better. Found many property management firms have constant employee turnover. Being stuck with a person with no background in property management & an 'I could care less attitude' is like flushing money down the toilet. ATC's staff very capable, little staff turnover & consistently on top of things. Even do their best to train Boards of homeowners associations to do their best for their owners. Think they are overworked & need more stafff, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days.
