Had them to a complete TPO re-roof for a new house that had serious leaks in the first real rain. They came over a few days after we called, and agreed to tarp the whole thing until we could get on their schedule. Price quote was acceptable, but going into it I was happy with both the people I was dealing with and the overall reputation of the company. They seemed to understand flat roofs, and had no problems working on a 3-story house. After a few week's wait, they did the work in ~2 days. A month after we had one small leak show up, and they came back and patched the area for no charge. A year later we had them install a gutter system in places where the builder neglected to handle drainage. The work took less than a day, and it all works great.
