Brought my truck in for 3 items needing service. One was a factory defect causing my engine light to come on and for which I was not charged. The second item was a standard service. The third item was my GPS was not working and that problem took about one and half months to fix. I was not given many updates on what was happening, but later was told that the item was an obsolete part on my 2012 F350 Ford.

Service due to air bag recall. Offered rental car, which was driven 14 miles total to/from dealership and one errand. Accused me of smoking in the vehicle (I don't smoke) and confusion as to what should be done such as $500.00 fine. Said would call back next day and never called. Very disappointed at procedures. Completed survey and advised Manager.
