Used Rodriguez for a sprinkler blow-out/winterization. We were scheduled to do this about 2 weeks out, and after a week he called me one morning to say he was already going to be nearby and ask if he could do the work a week early. The work itself was fast and efficient. Their website advertised the blowout service for about $15 less than he ended up charging. Luis (the owner) is a bit hard to communicate with - he doesn't seem to answer emails, and while you can get ahold of him on the phone, the audio quality was bad enough I had a hard time understanding him.
