Purchasing this home was even more stressful than usual because we had to be out of our foreclosed rental home and were, therefore, under tight time constraints. While they kept in constant communication, we often didn't receive notification about extra items that they needed until the last minute. Final approval wasn't received until the day before we were due to close.
