Service technician came out for spring start up and didn't clear all the sprinkler heads from under the lawn, left a pink flag stuck in the front yard, and a sprinkler key rod we were using to turn on a faucet behind some shrubs disappeared the same day. 4 calls later they said they inspected the truck and didn't find the key rod, so he didn't take it. Nothing more. Not using them again. Also, called twice in addition to using their web form to request landscaping plan and was never called back.

They were sold a couple of years ago to another company, and they have deteriorated significantly since the sale. We have used them since the late 1990s, but in the last few years, the service quality has gone downhill; they did a job for us within the last year, and we will probably not be using them again.
