I have been using Hinshaw's Acura for over 24 years and have found they have consistently been very friendly and have done great work. Not 100%, some issues took a couple looks. But, most have always been done correctly the first time. They have always been very accurate on their time estimate also. They negative is they are fairly expensive. But, since I bought my car there, if I do need to leave it overnight, then I can use a loaner car for free.

I have always felt that I've received excellent service and have been treated honestly, which I can't say for most dealership service departments.
