All Star performs semi-annual maintenance on A/C & furnaces. Provided a quote in advance detailing work to be performed and cost. (Seems to be in line with previous HVAC folks.) Appreciate having same tech for both visits. On-time, polite and efficient. Will continue to use. Just wish they would dispose of used filters as part of their service.
