Daniel and his crew worked very hard. Alfredo and 2 men had the job done in 2 days. They removed all the insulation on the attic and crawling space, cleaned up everything, covered the holes where rats came in..., came back 2 days later to put down vapor barrier, installed insulation, removed all the debris that were left from the plumber who worked there long time ago. The places look much nicer. Price is good. They are the best group of worker that I ever dealt with.

SOS didn't do any insulation work for me, but I definitely won't hesitate to call them to do it when I'm ready for those services. What they did do was a full crawl space clean out with new vapor barrier, covered all rodent exit/entry points in the crawl and furnace area with metal screen, and installed new rigid metal heating duct work in place of the flexible plastic ducts the rats destroyed. Their bid was half that of one of the national franchise crawl/insulation companies who for the duct work portion were only going to re-install plastic. Gabriel, who was running the show while boss Daniel was on vacation, was great with communication, including listening and returning all phone & text contact more promptly than I've seen with any other contractor. I'm a very satisfied customer and will use them again for insulation work.
