Overcharged me for parts/labor for a simple fix, then broke another part during the service, but didn't tell me. I was unaware until I happened to open the hood one day and see a part taped back together. Service manager refused to own up to it and claimed it was already that way. He promised to call me back within a day, nut never responded, even after I reached out again. I reached out to the corporate office, and still never had the issue resolved.

Very pleasant car purchasing experience, no pressure and treated you with respect. Would definitely buy here again. No attempt to sell extra things you don't want or need.

Honored CarBargains bid, but then snookered us on the anti-theft etching scam -- we accepted it, like idiots. Turn it down if offered it (for $300). CarBargains -- update your materials to warn customers of this scam. Took 3 1/2 hours for the whole purchase process, even though the dealer had already agreed to the bid.
