I took my car in to have my brakes replaced; left at end of day with brakes being noisy; went back the next day and learned the wrong brakes had been installed (but overhead that my brakes hadn't been replaced at all); left at end of day with new brakes but they were still noisy. Went to a different shop and learned the new brake shoe (? I think that was the part) was out of round and that was where the noise was coming from. Had the brakes entirely redone at the other shop.

My air conditioning was broken which left a musty smell in car which I complained about repeatedly but they didn't bother trying to clean it. When the manager reached out to see how my service was again I complained about the smell they only said I could bring it back for a cleaning which was not going to be helpful since I would be without a car again
