The associates at this H & R Block location filed my taxes correctly but provided me misinformation regarding when I would receive my tax return. I payed extra to have my funds put on an Emerald card, but later found out that this was a waste of money as the IRS has certain restrictions that the associates I spoke with had no idea about. I won't be receiving my refund for another month because I was misinformed and it's been very frustrating.
