A major problem with this company was that the two men (including Mr. Ho) did not speak English well enough to communicate clearly what they were going to do or when it would be done. They showed up to do the work (when we weren't home) several days before we expected them, based on what we understood was the day they were coming. They did some things right but also did stuff that didn't need doing, which wouldn't have happened if we had been home to oversee their work.
