This company was hired to pour exterior steps and a patio. The steps turned out well but they left the patio with extremely uneven color, rust spots that they claim were from my plants, gaps visible from the side where the concrete did not fill in completely, leakage under the frame onto my neighbors property and generally a mess to my grass and adjacent area. While he did come back to "fix" some of it, I can't believe that he would actually have left it in such a poor condition to begin with. Furthermore, there has been no apology, no statement that he will "make it right" and a continued lack of enthusiasm to do the job right. I am still trying to figure out how to even out the mess that the color has become and don't trust him to get it done right. What a mistake I made going with the lowest bid!!
