As an urgent care, wait times can be lengthy, but staff at Covington Urgent care is very upfront on advising what the wait time will be & very efficiently has a list of names posted so you know when your turn is coming up. Very competent staff from front desk through medical treatment. Very efficient in moving through the care process once taken in for treatment. Only used service once, but certainly would use their service again. A+
