This is one dealership that has really gone downhill over the last few years. It was recently bought by the Rairdon's chain of auto dealerships. If my experience is typical, things have gotten worse. Two weeks ago my Honda Civic Hybrid (2008) batteries drained and the car would not continue to drive. I called Burien Honda for 3 days (once in the morning, noon, afternoon, and early evening). Each time I got the same whiney, shrill receptionist who refused to put me through to the service dept., saying each time that they "are busy." I asked to talk to the Manager (who was also busy) and the owner (who couldn't be found). I was told that someone would call me back. That was two weeks ago and no one has called or answered my emails. In 45 years of car service, I have never experienced such disrespect for the consumer. I will not be going back to this dealership.
