I really appreciate their concierge service. My car or truck has been retrieved for service and returned by Mario several times and once he even washed the truck for me. When my car was towed to Burien Toyota Mario gave me a ride to pick it up after service was finished. All the service team members are always helpful and friendly. Have also had positive experiences with their sales staff and parts department.

New Forerunner taken to dealership for oil change, tire rotation, inspection. I left it for half a day. I returned and was given the service slip stating the services performed. When asked specifically if the tires were rotated they responded enthusiastically that they were. When taken out to my vehicle, I saw a tire mark a meter checker had left the day before - on the same tire, in the same position. When I asked the lot person why the tires were not rotated, he said they were. I pointed out my tire mark and he quickly reversed his comment saying that they did not need rotation... I am not even sure they changed my oil! Avoid this place until they remedy their dishonest practices.
