Our experience with Glendale was great, from the consult visit to the completion of our Daikin heat pump. We can't say enough good things about the installers. They never complained about our quirky old house, especially the very awkward place of our old 400 lb furnace which they amazingly removed. They were always so pleasant. They clearly take pride in their work. All of the employees were very patient with our questions. We were concerned for our neighbors sake regarding the noise of the heat pump but it is very quiet. We love it so far and it came just in time for our hot weather this summer.

I had a one-room heat pump installed and their service was excellent and I found the complete process to be well explained and efficiently completed. The office staff also kept me informed and on track with the necessary inspections. Couldn't be more satisfied.

After two failed attempts & $1000 to locate the leak in our a/c, Glendale finally, on a third trip, determined that the leak was in the line set, but wanted $2000 to replace it. Alternatively, they offered to replace the whole system (admittedly, it was aged), but would not come out to provide an estimate for a month. By that time, I had a new system installed by a smaller company, and was just a glad to be rid of the Lennox hardware. Most HVAC repair folks will refuse work on Lennox because of the way that the company treats anyone outside of their dealer network. Their products not only cost more up front, but repair costs tend to be artificially inflated.
