A large tree snapped during a windstorm, bounced off our roof, and raked the gutter off one side of the house. Based on some photos I emailed, and some measurements Dave Sweeten had me take, he provided an estimate without even coming on site, which was great. He subsequently arrived as scheduled, installed the new gutter, and cleaned up thoroughly. It's a year later now and there have been no issues. I did ask him for an estimate to install gutter guards on the rest of our gutters along with more secure gutter screws than the nails that were currently in use. He said he would want to replace everything and provided an estimate for that, which seemed high compared to the work he'd just done, so we declined. Subsequently I purchased gutter guards and gutter screws from Lowes and had a handyperson we use install them. In total, the cost for that was about half Better Built's estimate for a total replacement. All that said, I would not hesitate to recommend getting estimate from Better Built, and using them if the estimate was in the ballpark with others' estimates.

David was quick to return calls, analyze our problem and get to our house to perform the repairs. He was courteous and did not recommend anything unnecessary. Great job.

One of my gutters above my back door was damaged in the recent windstorm, causing leakage directly over the back door. I called Dave at Better Built Gutters and he was able to give me a quote after seeing pictures of the damage and was able to come out the day after Christmas to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone needing a single gutter repaired or an entire house re-guttered. Mike A in Woodinville
