Great service , I have been using this Vet Service for many years. Always willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish the needed care. Also willing to work out payment options .

All Creatures used to have excellent service, and I was very happy with their service for 15 years. But that has deteriorated in the past few months. Over the holidays my cat was having problems with asthma, and I tried to call to get advice on what to do. The phones were often turned off, and their voicemail box was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. I got through a couple times and asked staff to leave a message with the vet to find out what to do when my cat's asthma medication wasn't enough to manage her condition. I never got a call back. Staff finally told me my vet was sick and that none of the other vets in the office could answer my question. I needed a refill on one of the inhalers. Staff said they would call it in that day, but the pharmacy nevery received it. After several calls over two days with no results, I finally drove down to the office and demanded a written prescription while I waited to hand carry it to the pharmacist myself. This is poor customer service and no back up for emergencies. I am now taking my pets to another clinic.

I took my cat in because he wasn't eating nor drinking for just over 24 hrs. They saw my cat as an emergency at night which i am grateful for. However, they did blood work and never showed nor shared the results. They then told me they're doing blood work a 2nd time. They never diagnosed my cat, charged me twice for the blood work, and never really explained anything to me. They rehydrated my cat and gave him medicine that stopped his vomiting, but that's all they did (& I'm thankful) but he was still sick & I had to take him elsewhere to get a real diagnosis.
