This whole process of getting our crawl space done has been wrong, wrong, wrong time and time and time again even after many multiple "fixes" which didn't fix anything. Additionally, at least two things they did were DANGEROUS as it affected our natural gas. Do. Not. Use. We had to pay an inspector - more than once - to come and inspect the work, take the pictures, carefully outline in writing, what corrective steps needed to be taken. Even then, with detailed written information with pictures that showed exactly where the problems were, they still did not correct all the issues even, again, with multiple returns.

Used incorrect crawl space floor insulation, did not allow for pest inspection prior to insulation and wrong type pipe insulation. Also estimate had opening for next day work which may of been a sales ploy
