Scope of the job was not fully explained. Job was quoted at $1400 and take most of the work day. Technician had the job complete in 2 hours including county inspection. Parts were a 240v outdoor generator receptacle, 4 feet of wiring, a circuit breaker, and a main breaker lock out. Electricians aren’t inexpensive, but $500+ an hour estimated labor cost, assuming $400 parts, is exorbitant. Really a shame since we used Baker 15 years ago and their work was excellent and fees were reasonable.

Two mature representatives who were right on time and very presentable did work desired quickly and needless to say I was very pleased. Baker electric is now my go to company.
