Took a 2003 Crown Victoria to diagnose and fix an engine miss. Told them everything my mechanic had done that didn’t work yet they recommended the same service along with a plethora of add-ons. Their techs could not correctly diagnose the problem yet kept recommending service I didn’t need. Not amused.

$1500 for a part that never is used but will code a maintenance light. $1500 to change spark plugs because of a BAD FORD DESIGN. Fuck me FORD?
