I first called 3 local heating companies, includingDana’s, in April of 2023 for a bid on a replacement furnace. One company emailed a bid without coming to my home. Dana’s estimator did the most complete and detailed estimate and was within $1 of the third one I got. Last month I needed to replace my heat pump and only called Dana’s. The same estimator came out and was just as thorough this time. The crew that installed my new heat pump was just as good as the furnace crew in 2023. By the way, Dana’s offers a 10 years parts and 5 years labor warranty along with 18 months interest free financing.
