Way overcharged to get cats fixed and vaccinated, well over $500

North Creek Pet Hospital has provided friendly and superior service to our mini-schnauzer. We are able to set appointments in a reasonable time and the receptionists and vet are knowledgeable and friendly.

BUSINESS END: On their invoice an unfamiliar lingo showed up: a customer profile, which stood for complete blood and lab works. So you do not know which lab test costed X, Y and Z. I receive occasional emails about new product information from them. Just like a TV pharmaceutical ads to reach people. What you pay more about this vet hospital is not for the topnotch veterinary knowledge and care. You pay for the nice building, nice waiting room and a livechat.

CLINICAL SIDE: Panacea for a diarrhea of unknown cause:antibiotics even after she suggested a possible GI lymphoma. No Imodium (two pills) was mentioned, which eliminated my dog's diarrhea problem. He has gained weight and healthy for his nearly the end of his life. He still runs, retrieves and no diarrhea for many weeks now. Wasted my money for having to pick up the antibiotics for 10 day use. Hospice care should be an option as much as mentioning for the ultrasound (which required sedation and shaving) imaging to find out about the location of tumors. Chemotherapy and surgery on the average could extend about a year of his life. Some dogs do not even survive the surgery form what I researched.
