From start to finish, rude, uncaring, dismissive and arrogant. They let you know the market is hot and they don't need you. They blame sub contractors who they hire, I deeply regret buying a home from these bandits.

They install the cheapest fixtures, carpets, flooring, appliances, lighting, etc. that they can find. Everything required upgrades which were very expensive. You never get to see or meet the actual builders, just their staff.
