When we remodeled our house we wanted hardwood floors installed in the kitchen and hallway and changed one of the doorways in the hall. Joe delivered the wood a couple of weeks prior to give it time to acclimate to the house. Joe and his helper arrived in the morning and by 4:00 PM he had the new floors installed and the first sanding done. The match up to the existing floors was dead on. When he completed the job the floors looked great (and I am fussy). He has since refinished some of the neighbor’s homes and what I have noticed is that he does not fool around and spends the time needed to complete the job in a timely manner.
