Very satisfied with the quality of the deck. Schedule took longer than expected due to source of decking.

We had 2 decks replaced, both fairly small. It took BHD over 2 months to complete this work. They would work for a couple days and then not return for a week or more. They didn't adhere to the written contract and used different material. They consistently would tell us that they would be out on a specific day, but they wouldn't show up. They asked for money earlier than the payment plan laid out in the written contract. I would not recommend them for ANYTHING.

Nice people and honest I think, but disorganized, poor communication and inability to get it right the first time.
