We've had to go there twice in the past year and regretted it both times. You spend hours in the waiting room, then hours more in an exam room waiting for something to happen. Then they send you home with a prescription they could easily have given online, with instructions to make an appointment with your regular doctor. They really don't care if you're in pain. Since it's Kaiser, the next available appointment is a month away. I can't wait to dump them.
