You wouldn't get a direct response from the person in charge of your home association. I just get past around just to find out things. Just recently I got a letter of a violation. I must remove my wheel barrel and vacuum cleaner out of my front lawn immediately or subject to a fine. Well, I call them, got past around with no answers to my questions, was sent to person in charge with just a message answering machine, left my question and request a call back... all to no avail. NO CALL BACK!!! Now look at this: Violation was for leaving my wheel barrel and vac cleaner outside... Hello, I don't own any of those items!!!

Morris Management represents our condo home owner association. I have yet to find any usefulness in their services. There are constant complaints of poor communication, unreturned phone calls, & self-serving behavior. Each year the HOA dues increase without any improvement or increase of services...windows remain unwashed, decks & siding dirty for years. Yes, the grounds are kept up, but other areas cannot be ignored.
