My father lived in the long term care unit on the first floor for 8 years. 8 years is a long time to be in a nursing home but he had so many things wrong with him it was our only choice. Over the years there were a few things that were less than perfect but they did remedy things asap. They cared and were kind and the entire staff cried when my father passed last year. The food was really bad. Not sure why they couldn't fix that but it's really the only major complaint.
