Loan officer Joe Callia is among the best in the business. He has obtained two mortgage loans for me. Also, as a fellow loan officer, I have worked with him for several years as a colleague and have experienced his work first hand from an insider's perspective. I can attest that Joe is exceedingly diligent at trying to get the best possible rates and lowest possible closing costs for his borrowers. He is extremely responsive, answering inquiries with lightning speed. He has worked seeming miracles for many of my friends and my own former clients, and for the buyers I have represented as a real estate agent. Having compared Seattle's Best Mortgage's rates with banks and credit unions on dozens of occasions, I can verify that Joe's closing costs for the same loan type and interest rate are nearly always several thousand dollars lower. Highly recommended!
