What a huge improvement over Lab Corps! I went to Sound Lab to have special blood/urine samples taken that my doctor ordered to send to CA company to evaluate possible lyme disease or metals toxicity. On this day, I called but was told to just walk in. Intake polite & immediate; the test protocol was complex; the phelbotomist even took time to call company to clarify protocol; did testing, & got samples ready to mail that day while i waited. They have Seattle locations as well.
