We called Northwest Water and Fire Restoration (NWFR) about a water problem just a few days prior to Christmas. Pavel came out the same day to provide an initial assessment and estimate for the water mitigation project. Even though we had not decided to contract his services, he offered to place a single dehumidifier in the affected area to reduce further impact while we were deciding on which company to work with. Since this was our first time filing a homeowners insurance claim, Pavel was very helpful in helping us understand the insurance claim process in regard to his services. Since Pavel was so considerate with our situation and his thorough knowledge of the water restoration process, we decided to contract with him. We were very happy with the job he did to provide a temporary roof patch and perform the thorough water mitigation required on three levels of our home. When dealing with our insurance company, NWFR did a great job of representing our interest in getting our house completely dry at a reasonable time and cost. NWFR worked independently to address any questions or concerns that our insurance company had. We will definitely contact NWFR if we ever have another water mitigation requirement in the future.
