I primarily bank at the University District branch in Seattle, where Jack and Juan and Cindy do a great job of offering advice, but I occasionally bank at the Chase in Bellevue, and I always get serviced properly and quickly. All the Chase branches are well run, too. For my advice, I primarily rely on the U District branch, but any questions I've had I've had promptly answered at the Bellevue branch, too.
