I responded to an ad they ran. They had me come in for an interview. When I got there, they said I wasn't qualified for the job (even though they had read my resume before they called me to ask me to come in), but they wanted me to give them the names and numbers of all my references and previous employers so they could solicit business from them. Almond & Assoc is a scam.
