This dealership repair shop is one I used for 10 years. They messed up my records so the wrong schedule was applied to my vehicle. I had a repair that was 1000 miles past warranty that they would not honor and I think they could have repaired it earlier under warranty but chose to ignore it. Their prices are high.

I've had a blown engine 2x on my outback - all under 65k. The service advisor took care of me both times and made sure I was taken care of. He made me feel he was on my side rather than the dealer.
