We originally chose Lexus because of reliability and it has been very reliable. However, the cost of service at this dealer has been far more than non-dealer locations. I have had problem analyses done here, but then taken the car to other service centers recommended for both price and quality by Checkbook.

Item stayed fixed for about 1 month only. (After 3 tries to fix it when they kept my car). So I gave up and went elsewhere.
