I called the service department for an oil change and tire rotation on my Fushion and received a quote from a manager. The final bill was 25% higher than the quotes. The lady handing me the bill said the manager gave me the wrong quotes and I had to pay the higher amount.

I have used AutoNation Ford Bellevue for six years to do the annual maintenance on my Ford vehicle. They have online scheduling which is convenient. I think their prices are reasonable, and they always do a good job.

The service center cheated me of $800 for a 30,000 mile service where they flushed engine coolant, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluids that in the owners manual say should be done after 100,000 miles.
