Recommended service I didn't need. Twice. The second time ws one year after I had the same service done at their shop. Seems like the service "advisors" work on commission.

I took my 2013 A4 in the Audi of Bellevue in January 2019 for a recall of the coolant system and a tune up. The tune up was $100 over what the service rep promised. When I got home from picking up my car that day it was leaking coolant all over my garage floor. I took my car back in for the service dept to go over the issue. The rep on the phone said it was just leftover coolant in the pan that should have been rinsed off by the service tech. When I picked up my car the second time the new Service rep said that they replaced a defective part so I was relieved to think that the issue had been resolved. When I got home I looked at the receipt and saw that they did not replace the part. My car continues to leak coolant. I will never take my car to Audi Bellevue again. I never heard an I’m sorry for the trouble you have experienced from any of the reps. The new owners don’t know hat customer service and quality is. I will never take my car ther again. And I will not buy my next Audi at Audi of Bellevue.
