Although I completed a detailed questionnaire the doctor seemed uninterested in information I provided about my lifestyle and health (which would have included several chronic health issues which impact my ability to lose weight). She immediately advised me to go on a 1000 calorie a day diet, eating (more specifically drinking) only food bought from her clinic. I had hoped for more personalized and targeted weight loss counseling, but they have a one size fits all plan, which didn't fit me.
