Our family has been going to Crossroads since Dr Olson opened many years ago. Dr. Olson was wonderful and we loved him but he retired…. Now our fur people see Dr Neff! Fantastic in every way! Many many of our pets have been through these doors and I will always recommend them!

I echo the other commenter: I don’t know how this clinic receives high marks. I have enough experience (with Crossroads and others) to know their prices are super premium. Sadly, though, you don’t get a premium standard of customer service. Most recently, after paying through the nose for an exam as well as several lab tests “to rule things out”, we were finally given the prescription that we knew we needed when we began the visit. We were also pushed (softly but unmistakably) to buy these medicines in-house. After I made it clear that I use an online pharmacy, they seemed to acquiesce. However, in practice, they drag their heels. How? Well, my online pharmacy tries to call them within an hour of my vet visit, to confirm my order. But a full 24 hours later, and Crossroads had still not replied to them. (Can you imagine if your medical doctor did this?) Nor did Crossroads respond to my emails asking them about this delay. After more than $300 for exams and tests simply “to rule things out”, you think they’d show a greater sense of urgency regarding necessary medicine - especially after you told them the problem was urgent. Finally, I was forced to drive back in person to the clinic, following their lack of response. Incredibly, they told me it might take an additional 24-48 hours for them to call the online pharmacy back and confirm the prescription. But don’t worry: I could still buy the pills there, in the clinic, if it was truly urgent! How obnoxious! Sound borderline unethical? You be the judge. But what’s clear is, they certainly have NO interest in helping you minimize your costs. Instead, they constantly push their own fully-priced or overpriced products on you (whether medicines, or products for sale). And I am sure they’ll claim the “high ground” of ordering lots of tests and services, just to rule things out… when you know what the problem is and that the animal is otherwise healthy. TLDR? Well, the office is pleasant and clean, and the location is convenient. But very high prices (relative to others) and clearly questionable service and questionable regard for your interests as a customer. AVOID.
