Went for blood work for my son (3 years old) they poked him 2 times (1 in each arm) and because she missed she “went fishing” that really hurts. I know he is small and it’s hard to find his veins but when we went 2 days later the main phlebotomist said they never should have poked him so much and that they should have got her once they couldn’t do the first one. I recommend this place because of her and how she helped my son stay calm because he was already traumatized with his first visit.
