I bought a patio door almost a month ago from Lowes, it still is not installed. I can't comment on the quality of the door or installation, since I am not sure how well it be done. Door was scheduled for installation within 10 days of purchase. Installer called, asking to reschedule for the next day .. we agreed. Called the next day, door was damaged. Another door was ordered, received a few days later. A few days after that, the installer finally called (after receiving several calls). Door now again scheduled to be installed another 10 days later. Never again will I use their installation service. On top of it being slow, $400+ to replace a patio door seems rather excessive.
