Like most dealers they cost more than a trusted independent mechanic but sometime you can only get a particular repair done at the dealer and they do a fine job.

Service advisor Ian was kind and very knowledgeable. My car broke down in DC, on my way to work, he sent a loaner car, along with a tow truck and had my car fixed too fast. ( I enjoyed driving the new loaner)
