Text Notifications of repair status are excellent. On the expensive side. Woodbridge Route 1 location is inconvenient and difficult to get to during rush hour. A more convenient location in Springfield or Lorton would make access better.

While I appreciate the free courtesy checks just in case I miss something, I don't like the hard sell on their over-priced simple jobs. I can do many routine maintenance items myself. Service advisor was rude when I did not agree to have them perform their recommended maintenance items. Check engine light came on just as I was pulling into service area on day I was getting VA Safety inspection. No symptoms of anything wrong so I wanted a chance to look car over myself and turned down the offer for a $120 diagnostics check. Most gas stations will check OBD code for free!! Light went off next time I started anyway. Would have wasted $120.
